This Massive Yoga Festival Will Take Place At Malahide Castle This Month

seank

We’ve some fantastic news for the yogis of Dublin: a huge yoga festival is set to take place at the beautiful Malahide Castle & Gardens on Sunday, June 12.

This is the second year Yoga In The Park will be taking place on the well-manicured grounds, and those in attendance will get a 75-minute yoga class, as well as a day filled with music, and talks from the charities benefitting from the event.

You can expect plenty of spot prizes on the day and, just FYI, the beautiful west lawn is also the perfect spot for a post-work out picnic too.

Just like last year’s event, all proceeds will be going to charity, and this year the LauraLynn Foundation and Adi Roche’s Chernobyl International Foundation will be benefitting from the festivities.

€10,000 was raised at last year’s event and it’s hoped this year will draw a “sea of yogis” and do even better. The event is being organised by Jane and Jo-Ann Nolan from HotYogaDublin, Jane said,

The idea behind this day is togetherness on the mat as a community… We’re trying to create unity of the body and mind, leaving you feel energised, happy and full of love for two magical charities.

Just take a look at a few of the snaps from last year’s event for an idea of what to expect.
