There is only one thing I love as much as Asian food, and that’s ice cream.
So I was only delighted to hear that The Asia Market and Cúlcow will be at Taste of Dublin to cure all of my cravings.
You’ll find their stall nestled in the Iveagh Gardens, from June 16 to 19.
The guys from Asia Market have come up with a refreshing summer salad to compliment The Open Gate Brewery’s amazing Golden Ale.

We were lucky enough to preview it last week at Taste Of Beer and can confirm how tasty it really is. With rice noodles, shredded cucumber and carrot, bean sprouts and a spicy chilli sesame dressing, it goes perfectly with the crisp, malty Golden Ale.
The perfect summer pairing.
The Asia Market will also be serving tasty little sesame cookie balls, salt and chilli peanuts and classic wasabi peas – all to go with brews from The Open Gate Brewery.
Now that we’ve got that noodle craving sorted it’s time to address your sweet tooth.
Cúlcow have created a special Strawberry Porter ice cream, using The Open Gate Brewery’s limited-edition Strawberry Porter.
They also have some sinful hazelnut ice cream that’s swirled together with the Chocolate and Vanilla Stout and an unreal Nitro IPA ice cream.
Get ’em while you can.
