On Saturday, January 23 from 10am until 11.30am, we will be hosting another virtual first-time buyer event, this time looking at South Dublin. Here’s how to sign up.

If there was ever a year for fresh starts and looking to the future, it’s 2021. Last year was rough for everyone in many different ways. So, we’re excited to start looking forward.

Since 2018, we have teamed up with AIB for our Livin Dublin series. We have hosted informative events, provided you guys with area guides and shared the top tips and advice from the mortgage and property experts in the form of a mortgage advisor, estate agent and a building/construction expert.

With that in mind, we have returned with yet another AIB Livin Dublin event for first-time buyers. Whether you’ve already started the process or you’re simply considering beginning the journey to becoming a home-owner, we’re inviting you to join us for a discussion from a panel of experts.

How much can I borrow? How much do I need to have saved? When should I start talking to a mortgage advisor? Where in Dublin should I be looking for a property? Whatever questions you have, there will be time during this event to ask the panel.

As always, there will be a huge amount on super useful information and advice to take away from this first-time buyer event. You’ll be armed with the most important things to know when starting your journey. So, have your notepads and pens at the ready!

This event will be specific to South Dublin. If that’s where you’re looking to buy a home, then come join us on Saturday, January 23!

Plus, the first 100 people to selected to attend will receive a stunning brunch kit to enjoy while at the virtual event.

Fancy joining us for our next first-time buyer event? To register your interest, simply enter your details using the form below! And hopefully, we will be seeing your lovely faces on Saturday, January 23 from 10am until 11.30am.

In the meantime, you can check out our bespoke AIB Livin Dublin hub for top tips and advice.

Please note that there are limited brunches for this. Recipients of the brunch boxes will be notified. If you do not hear from us in relation to the brunch, you will receive a link to join the session by January 22nd.

The closing date for entries is midnight 26/01. Multiple registrations will not be considered.
