A one-of-a-kind art exhibition, showcasing art potentially worth thousands, will be going ‘incognito’ for charity in order to sell some incredible pieces for just €50 thanks to the Jack & Jill foundation.

The Foundation has convinced some incredibly impressive artists to donate a whopping 1,500 miniature pieces to be put on sale at the 2017 Incognito for just fifty quid in The Solomon Gallery, Dublin 2.

However, there is a catch…

The artist’s identity will be kept secret until the piece is bought.

Hugo Jellett, CEO of the Jack and Jill Foundation, expects great things at the exhibition.

“When you take away the name of the artist, and the pressure that many people feel when they go to buy art, that they need to be following the reputation of an artist, when you take that away, you’re left with this really glorious sense of relief about simply choosing something you like.”

2017 Incognito will see 1500 miniature pieces of artwork (postcard size) displayed for sale in the Solomon Gallery, Dublin 2 (beside the Westbury Hotel) from Friday, April 21 to Tuesday, April 25.
