Avoca is the kind of place that makes us feel warm and fuzzy inside, which is why we were so thrilled to hear that they’re setting up a brand new food hall in Ballsbridge next March.
That’s not the only change that’s coming to the swanky suburb, either – Dylan McGrath (owner of Fade Street Social and Rustic Stone) is also planning to open a restaurant in the same area.
The two spots will be part of a development called Number One Ballsbridge, which will also boast apartments, offices, a leisure centre and other shops, the Irish Times reports.
Very fancy indeed.
