Dublin Quays Is Getting Its Own Festival And The Line-Up Is Deadly

Dublin is no stranger to festivals, be they big or small, but festivals that are free are ones that particularly tickle our fancy. 

The good news is there’s a free festival coming to Dublin, and it’s right in the centre of the city.

Dublin Quays Festival is taking place for the first time from August 17 to August 20 in several venues along the quays.

The venues are hosting a load of free gigs with some really worthwhile acts including Alison Spittle, Birds of Olympus, Maria Kelly and Kicking Bird.

The gigs will take place in the like of Workmans, Sin É, Liquor Rooms, The Grand Social and more.

It’s the first year for the festival, and we have a feeling it’s going to be a good one for them.
