One Of The World’s Greatest Djs Announces Gig In Dublin For March

Darragh Berry

If this show doesn’t get you in the mood to go absolutely mental on a Saturday night, nothing will.

It’s just been announced that one of the world’s greatest djs, Fatboy Slim, will play a gig in Dublin’s 3Arena on Saturday March 2nd 2019.

Fatboy Slim, or Norman Cook to those who know him a bit better than you and me, rose to fame in the 1990s when he dropped the amazing album ‘You’ve Come a Long Way, Baby’.

It features hits such as ‘The Rockafeller Skank’, ‘Right Here, Right Now’ and ‘Praise You’ which was Cook’s first number one.

In recent years, he released the heavily addictive, ‘Eat, Sleep, Rave, Repeat’ which was played on loop in 2013.

Tickets are from €49.50 and go on sale this Friday 14th September at 9am via Ticketmaster.

Organisers say: “Fatboy Slim is aiming to create the UK’s biggest dance floors by turning our favourite arenas into unique night club experiences. Imagine something unusual and completely different.

Expect a big production, a revolving stage, rave ushers and a live smiley face experience. No seat in the house will ever far away from the stage.”

Buzzing.
