Even though it’s only October, it’s never too early to get planning for summer. And tickets for one of the most hotly anticipated festivals go on sale this week.

Tickets for Forbidden Fruit, which is set to return to Kilmainham in summer 2020 for the tenth year in a row, go on sale this Thursday at 10am.

Organisers announced the news on Instagram this morning, writing, “Hello ya, oul fruit… TICKETS will go on general sale this Thursday, October 24th via Ticketmaster.ie and usual outlets.

“A limited number of €110 special priced Weekend (Sat & Sun) Tickets will go on sale to celebrate our 10th anniversary. ?? Keep an eye out…first announcements coming soon! ?”

Recently, it was announced that next year’s edition of the festival would take place over two days rather than the usual three days.

The festival will take place at the Royal Hospital in Kilmainham on May 30 and 31.

Last year’s festival was a massive success, seeing acts like Skepta and Fontaines DC take to the stage.

With the festival celebrating its 10th year, fans are expecting some pretty impressive performer announcements.
