clodagh

Live greyhound racing is set to return to Dublin after a four-month dispute.

According to The Journal, the dispute has been settled and the Dublin Greyhound Owners & Breeders Association are in favour of the sport returning.

The site at Shelbourne Park has been picketed nearly every day since the dispute first arose.

The races, which were held at Harold’s Cross, will now be held at Shelbourne Park, following the sale of Harold’s Cross.

The first race will take place June 20.
