The eatery grills its signature dishes using a Spanish Josper Charcoal Grill, capable of reaching temperatures of more than 500 degrees Celsius while giving dishes a unique charcoal flavour. The grill is the hottest indoor barbecue available in Ireland and its capacity to enclose heat results in succulent meats and flavoursome grills. 

Their dinner menu includes the likes of Striploin Steak, Double Cut Lamb Chops and Milk Fed Veal Chop, served with sauces like béarnaise, green peppercorn & brandy, bordelaise or prawn butter.

Diners can also explore a vast selection of more than 50 wines and champagne from around the world, for all you connoisseurs.
