katedemolder

We are endlessly jealous if you are heading to Punchestown Racecourse this weekend.

Firstly, because you get to see King Lionel in his element, AND secondly because all of the information you could possibly ever need is listed below.

So here it goes…

Enjoy!

1. Who’s playing?

An all star cast, if you don’t mind.

Upon entering the bright lights of Punchestown, you will be greeted by the musical stylings of none other than Lionel Ritchie, Shane Filan, James Morrison, Corinne Bailey Rae, Sister Sledge and Albert Hammond.

Talk about a line-up! Something for everyone, and a massive night for all involved.

Getting There

3. Is there parking?

Yep. There’s loads of parking available – but get there early to avoid having to park miles away. And for those of you driving, directions can be found here

Parking can also be found in Naas, where a shuttle bus service will run throughout the day.

4. Weather

Warm but showery. So, light clothes for dancing but also a raincoat.

There’s only 1mm of rainfall forecast, so the rain shouldn’t dampen your spirits too much.

5. Can I eat there?

You sure can.

On site will be a plethora of tasty treats, food trucks and cocktails for you to enjoy.

6. Must see acts

It’s rare that any festival boasts a stellar line-up across the board, but Punchestown has nailed it in terms of classically brilliant acts.

This nifty Spotify playlist should help you get in the mood for this weekend, and get used to the tunes before you dance All Night Long to them.
