Well isn’t this just deadly?
The Ranelagh Arts Centre has recently submitted a proposal to Dublin City Council for Rainbow Crossing in Ranelagh Village.
Since the Marriage Equality Referendum in May 2015, the Ranelagh Arts Centre had been inundated with enquiries from locals for a permanent installation in the village to reflect the overwhelming support for the LGBT community. Ranelagh had the highest yes vote in Ireland, at 74.91% and locals want to pay homage to this.
While the proposal for these colourful crossings has already been submitted to Dublin City Council, there is also an online petition that people can sign here.
Just think about how great it would be!
