The evenings are closing in and pretty soon the halls of Dublin will be decked with boughs of holly.
As always, some places are getting in ahead of the rest with Brown Thomas launching its Christmas store last month and on the other side of the Liffey, Arnotts has now followed suit.
The Henry Street store swung open the doors to its festive wonderland this morning and as usual it will be bursting decorations, wreaths, crackers, Christmas gifts and everything in between.
The Arnotts Christmas Shop is located in a dedicated space on the second level and will also feature a selection of ‘true to life’ trees, a collection of artificial Christmas trees developed with actual branch cuttings from trees found in nature.
We can almost hear Santa coming down the chimney already.
