Our national holiday is just around the corner, but this year it has rather awkwardly fallen on a Tuesday. Now we obviously still want to celebrate Paddy’s Day but we also don’t want to be tumbling into work looking like we’ve been dragged through a bush backward on the Wednesday morning. With this in mind, we’ve taken it upon ourselves to organise a cheeky little event the night before. The way we see it Monday the 16th is the real event, and then you’ve got the whole day off on Tuesday to be deathly hungover, or to go for rollover pints.
On the evening of Monday the 16th we’ll be taking to the slick Bourbon Bar in The Odeon for an evening of whiskey, craft beers and food. The Lovin Dublin Whiskey & Craft Beer Experience will be an intimate, exclusive and interactive tasting and sampling session in which attendees get to interact with some of Irelands fastest growing food and drink brands. We’ll be teaching people how to sample and appreciate fine produce, how to pair it with quality foods and become a connoisseur of Irish artisan produce. We’ll have ample liquor from Teeling Whiskey, luscious cheeses from the Little Milk Company, and plenty of Reel Deel Beer and Tempted Cider from Vanguard Craft Beer.
