Concerts, eh? You wait all month for one good one to be announced and in the space of two hours on a cold Monday morning, you get two in a row.

After the news that one of the best djs in the world will be gracing our presence next year with a 3Arena gig, it has been announced this group who recently won “best live band” at the NME awards, will light up the same stage in January.

The 1975 announced on Twitter that they will be playing a UK and Ireland tour and will be in Dublin on January 10th 2019 with special guests Pale Waves and No Rome.

Tickets go on sale at 9am on Friday, September 21st and they also confirmed that they will release their third album ‘A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships’ on November 30th.

The 1975 burst onto the scene in 2013 with an album with the same name as the band which flew straight in at number one in the UK and number 4 here.

Their second album, ‘I Like It When You Sleep, for You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware of It’ propelled them into international stardom reaching number one in the US.

‘Chocolate’, ‘Girls’ and ‘The Sound’ are just some of their amazing hits from the last five years.

Will you be attending?
