Vandals Cause Cancellation Of A Number Of Services To And From Heuston Station

A number of Irish Rail services were disrupted yesterday evening due to vandalism. 

The company took to Twitter to advise passengers that delays of up to two hours should be expected on all services to and from the station while all trains to Portlaoise were cancelled for a time. It’s thought that vandals caused damage to signal equipment at an unused Clondalkin station. 

Services are now fully operational again.
