This kid’s got some skills.
7-year-old Sean McDonnell scored an incredible goal for his club Crumlin United after a great pass from his teammate Sam Cowzer.
Check out the impressive display below.
Goal of the Season !!!!!Take a bow Sean McDonnell. This 7 year old boy started & finished one of the best goals you are likely to see all year. He calmly beat his 1st opponent by controlling the ball, then a clever drag back allowed his team mate Sam Cowzer to dribble forward & release the ball back to Sean with sole roll. Sean had a quick look at the keeper and decided he could catch him off his line so he chipped the ball up & caught it sweet on the volley & it dipped over the keepers head and into the net ;)))This creative play & skill is a product of good coaching & a great decision by the DDSL to have no league tables & points at stake for our younger players. This allows the kids to express themselves without the fear of losing a game at an age were it doesn’t matter. Hopefully the next Robbie Keane is only around the corner ;)))Many thanks to Tanya Sheridan for the footage !!!PLEASE LIKE & SHARE THIS POST ??????
