It seems quite fitting that on the day that Dave Grohl rocks up at the RDS, news emerges that there will be a night dedicated to his former band Nirvana at The Bowery in Rathmines.
One of the city’s premier music venues will be playing host to tribute act Scentless Apprentice, a band which was formed by members of well-known Dublin acts including Chancer, New Secret Weapon and Mutefish.
Named after the song on Nirvana’s last studio album In Utero, the group have gained a large following while touring all over the country and this is an opportunity for Dubliners to catch them in action.
Scentless Apprentice will take to The Stage at The Bowery on Friday September 27 and the best part is that entry is free.
