Aperol Spritz has unveiled a new home in Dublin city this summer, Terrazza Aperol at Sophie’s. The prime spot that Dubliners flock to when the sun comes out is about to get even more popular…
The rooftop restaurant & bar located in The Dean Hotel on Harcourt Street, will be open for Aperol Spritz lovers to enjoy every single beautiful day until Tuesday, 12th June.
A colourful installation of bright orange groves and pops of green leaves makes the rooftop even prettier than usual.
Inspired by the Terrazza Aperol in Milan, the venue is the ultimate destination for city-dwellers to meet for after-work drinks this summer. Refreshing Aperol Spritzes are being paired with a specially curated menu of Italian small plates – Aperitivo style.

The AperolxSophies menu includes a selection of charcuterie and smoked fish boards, spicy prawn and chorizo with sourdough toast, Caprese salad, and a range of Sophie’s signature pizzas.
