Beatyard Is Giving Free Tickets To Volunteers Who Help For One Hour

Buzzing for festival season but lacking in cash?

Hey, we've all been there!

Last year I headed out to Beatyard in Dun Laoghaire impulsively and I have to say, it really impressed me. There was deadly tunes, great food and Dun Laoghaire pier is such a serious spot.

I'll deffo be popping down again this year and you can too FOR FREE!

One of the main issues with festival season is the amount of waste produced and the effect it has on the environment.

This year, Beatyard is trying to be as green as possible. For them, the biggest obstacle is separating recyclables.

So they've come up with a great solution...

If you volunteer and help them sort waste for one hour, you'll get a free ticket to the festival that day.

It's so important to do your part for the environment and this is such a deadly idea and a cool way for such a large event to do theirs.

They said:

"The main issue we have had with waste over the years was not cleaning it up, but organising the waste into the correct containers, and bags, so that nothing gets spoiled, and the waste we put away can be efficiently recycled or wasted in the correct format."

This will take place on the Sunday and Monday of the festival.

Here's how it works:

You fill in your contact info, they'll mail you the meeting point and info 3 weeks before the festival. You will be put into a team with a specific but simple job for one hour.

In return, you'll receive a free Sunday ticket or a ticket for the festival for 2020 if you're there on Monday.

To apply,  click here.

See you there?
