I'm still wearing my summery clothes and I'm making sure I get my last few swims in the sea before it starts getting too cold.
Living in a city, you can get lazy when it comes to activities. I find my days can be the exact same - go to work, go to the gym, go home, occasionally make it out for food or to a bar.
Dublin is such an amazing place and there's so much to see and do.
It's time to rediscover your city, do the things you've always wanted and things you didn't even know existed.
What's SUPing you ask?
It's short for stand-up paddle boarding.
It's a deadly way to see the city, learn a new skill and get a bit of exercise while you're at it.
You can SUP down the Liffey, by The Docklands, around Dalkey Island, on the canal - anywhere there's water really. One of the most popular spots to do it however, is Dún Laoghaire Harbour.
When it comes to water sports, I couldn't recommend the Big Style lads enough.
Created by Kris Goodbody, the company hosts a range of activities, from surfing trips to yoga retreats, kite surfing to SUPing. They're all super sound, chill AF and you can tell they just love what they do.
A group of us took a trip with Rockshore to Bray this week and went paddle boarding. It's been one of my fave post-work days I've had all summer.
At first, using the paddle and finding your weight on the board can be a little tricky but from then on it's plain sailing, literally.
It's not an activity you need to designate your entire evening to either. An hour or two out at sea is all you need.
Every time I do it though, I leave exhilarated, full of energy, feeling positive.
It's just so much fun.
