There are almost 40 events and promotions running in distilleries and venues across Dublin over the course of the weekend, all to celebrate Irish whiskey.
Launching earlier today, the full schedule of events was unveiled by TD Andrew Doyle. Part of Fáilte Ireland’s Taste the Island campaign, it’s a very valid excuse to enjoy a glass or two of the nation’s favourite tipple.

Celebrating the culture and rich heritage of Irish Whiskey, the festival offers locals and visitors alike the chance to experience all that’s involved in the whiskey-making process.
As part of the Festival of Irish Whiskey, Dublin's newest distillery, Roe & Co are offering free tours at 3pm on each day Thursday – Sunday 10-13th October.
