A Carol Service For Dogs Is Happening In Dublin Today

If you’ve been looking for something to really get you in the festive spirit this week then we’ve found just the thing for you.

A dog charity is holding its annual dog carol service today and we honestly can’t think of a better way to spend a few hours.

Peata, which provides a pet therapy service, will be kicking off the event at the Christ Church Cathedral from 1.15pm today.

Peata Carol Service

Admission is free and everyone (and their pets) is very welcome to attend.

During the service, which is led by the Dean of Christ Church Cathedral, Dermot Dunne, a collection will be taken and divided between Peata and the Peter McVerry Trust.

The service will be followed by tea and mince pies provided by the Friends of the Cathedral.

Sounds like the perfect way to spend today's lunch break if you happen to be in the area.
