That bank holiday feelin' is well and truly here.
If you're bopping around Dublin City today, College Green is well worth a visit.
Dublin City Council will be celebrating its final event in the Summer Sundays on College Green series with a city carnival. This is in light of the testing of a traffic-free space in the area.

Confidence can be a crazy thing at times. I really struggled getting shots I was happy with over the past couple of weeks and that really damages your confidence in holding a camera. - You aren't happy with the end result so you feel out of place, you struggle with motivation and any kind of passion to take new shots. - I've had days where I have gone into the city with all my gear and walked around without taking a shot. I wanted to get new stuff but when you are struggling with your confidence in what you are producing you start to struggle seeing the shot at all. - Even more weird is that one shot really can change everything and when I grabbed this one last week I felt my confidence come back instantly. I knew it was good looking at it on the camera before I even got back to editing it. - Keep plugging away, through good times and bad. . . . . #dublinie #dublin4all #dublincity #igersdublin #ireland_gram #bestirelandpics #instaireland #dublinexplore #dublingram #ig_ireland #lovedublin #igersireland #loves_ireland #thehub_ireland #gramslayers #discoverdublin #visitdublin #shotzdelight #serialshooters #eclectic_shotz #ig_color #optimalmoments #insta_ireland #streetscapes #streetgrammers #lovindublin
The first week of August is International Clown Week so from 12 noon to 4pm, College Green will host appearances from multi-talented artistes.
There will also be an antique carousel, facepainters, stiltwalkers, jugglers and mime artists.
There will also be a range of circus workshops taking place during the day for those looking to pick up some new skills. For those looking to chill, there will be comfy furniture and giant street games.
This Sunday will be the last chance, for now, to enjoy the experience of a traffic-free College Green.
