North Dublin’s Newest Wine Bar Is Right Beside The Sea With Island Views

Sarah

Need somewhere new to go for drinks and bites this weekend? Let Fishtalk in Clontarf fill that seafood shaped hole in your life.

The new wine bar has just opened its doors upstairs at Fishbone restaurant, owned by the beloved Bay, which has been feeding Clontarf locals for more than 15 years.

The menu at Fishtalk is full of plates to share and – our fave part – there’s eight wines on tap. WINE ON TAP. Yassss.

Bites include their Seafood Platter (€36), which has Dublin Bay Prawns, Korean monkfish tacos, dressed oysters, chermula tiger prawns and veggie pate with your choice of bread or smaller snacks such as the Kimchi Oysters (€5), Lobster and Crayfish (€6) and Sesame Chicken Wings (€5).

Views of Bull Island and droolworthy snacks make this a tempting spot for an evening catch up…

This little video shows how it all came about…

Fishtalk is is open Monday – Sunday from 5pm ’til late, with limited availability on Fridays and Saturdays.
