Halloween is often a time of overindulgence, with so many tasty treats lying within arm’s reach it can be hard to resist.

Even if your mam is in your ear telling you “those are for the trick-or-treaters!!!”

Best way to balance things out? Getting active.

The festive ‘Trick or Train’ Glow Dance at The Happy Pear is a great way to get your heart pumping and have fun doing it.

Hosted by Move Energise Glow, you’ll be “spooked by ghoul-like instructors” in a fun workout dance class with “wicked music”.

So that’s the move and the energise…but where’s the glow? Glad you asked, there will be glow sticks, glow dance paint and UV lights. So plenty of glow.

Snacks to follow, provided by The Happy Pear. Yum.
