The Botanic Gardens In Glasnevin Will Be Hosting Scary Movie Nights This Halloween

Kiara Keane

If you’re stuck for Halloween plans this year, don’t worry because we’ve found the ultimate scary movie screening at the Botanic Gardens in Glasnevin.

As part of Bram Stoker Festival, The National Botanic Gardens will be opening their doors for Creature Features – three nights of horror-comedy film screenings later this month.

We couldn’t possibly think of a cooler location to settle down for a scare fest and the film selection is fab, too.

Creature Features will be held within their “suitably spooky” grounds, with the Victorian glasshouses as a backdrop to the screen on October 26, 27 and 28, with a different film being shown each night.

Arachnophobia will be playing on Friday October 26, Little Shop of Horrors on Saturday 27 and Invasion of the Body Snatchers on Sunday 28.

All three are serious classics – now you’ve just got to decide which one to go and see…

You can find more information here – tickets are €16 and are on sale now.
