Tim Burton’s ‘Nightmare Before Christmas’ Live In Concert Is Coming To Dublin

The Nightmare Before Christmas is coming to Dublin as part of a live concert tour this December.

Tim Burton’s iconic film will be shown at the 3Arena along with a live orchestra for the very first time, to celebrate 25 years of the Disney classic.

The concert will take place on Sunday, December 8 and tickets go on sale next Thursday, March 28 at 9am via Ticketmaster.

Three of the film’s original stars will be joining the orchestra, and the film will be screened in the background while they perform.

Danny Elfman is reprising his starring role as Jack Skellington, while Catherine O’Hara will be there as Sally and Ken Page as the voice of Oogie Boogie.

The cult 1993 film was directed by Henry Selick and is based on a story and characters by Tim Burton.

It tells the story of Jack Skellington, the Pumpkin King of Halloweentown who tries to take over Christmas and chaos ensues.
