Here in Dublin we’re all very excited about the opening of the new Krispy Kreme in Blanchardstown so it’s not like we needed any celebrity endorsement.
Still, it never does any harm and the doughnut company has pulled out all the stops with this one. NBA legend and global sporting icon Shaquille O’Neal has recorded a special video message calling on Dubliners to head to the Blanchardstown Shopping Centre on Wednesday of next week and “join in on the fun of opening day”.
Shaq is a global ambassador for Krispy Kreme and you can view his message below:
If Shaq’s encouragement isn’t enough, how about the fact that the first 100 customers in the queue on Wednesday will receive a complimentary glazed doughnut? Can’t go wrong.
Krispy Kreme in the Blanchardstown Centre will have a 24-hour drive-thru meaning you can get your fix at any time of the night. The big opening takes place from 7am on Wednesday September 26.
