Outdoor Summer Wellness Events Are Back With A Bang In South Dublin

It's BAAAAACCCCKKK.

The Summer Wellness Events in Clondalkin are back with more sessions of yoga, meditation and pilates than ever before in the Round Tower Garden beside The Happy Pear in Clondalkin.

Due to last year's enormous success there will now be Saturday (10am) AND Sunday (9.30am) classes. The line up consists of well known local yoga and pilates instructors, but also some speakers on mindfulness and mental health in association with Somers Pyschotherapy and The Happy Pear.

While there is no fee for the sessions, people are asked to make donations to local charities.

The first event is yoga with Catherine Leavey at 9:30am on Sunday the 17th of June in the Round Tower Garden.

It's first come, first served so just bring a mat, some warm clothing and water.

The charity for this event is Pieta House.

A perfect way to start a relaxing Saturday or Sunday.
