Weekends are made for good food and me time.
Over the last while, I've come to see the positive effects of an evening or weekend yoga session. It gives you time to stretch out all the tension, breath and destress. I like to plan my weekend activities in advance and if you do too, this one is for you.
On the 6th of October, there will be a special Sunday morning Yoga+Brunch Event in Brother Hubbard North.
It promises to be a very fulfilling and rewarding start to your day with a wonderful yoga experience followed by a shared brunch full of tasty, healthy and pure food.
This event caters for all levels so even if it's your first yoga class there's nothing to fret over.

The Yoga Brunch Society is designed to create some time for you, use this opportunity to pause, take deep breaths, stretch, socialise and connect with others while enjoying delicious food.
The morning will start off with some meditation followed by an energising yoga session. You will then gather together to share a selection of delicious brunch dishes from Brother Hubbard.
