That long stretch in the evenings is well and truly here so why not make the most of your time, get up off your arse and do something fun?
With summer, comes tonnes of deadly events to check out and enjoy.
Here’s some of our top picks:
1. Crisp Festival
Add some crunch to your weekend.
From the 14th – 17th June, Eatyard and The Bernard Shaw will bring you an extensive crisp menu with some tasty extras.
The pop ups will include O’Donnell’s fairground games, a Hunky Dory’s style chipper and a Brennans Bread Crisp Sandwich Station.
There will also be an art exhibition in The Bernard Shaw inspired by the humble crisp and curated by Bex McNally.
In addition to this, there will be a special Crisp Tasting Menu, blind crisp tastings, crisp eating competitions and a serious debate entitled Tayto Vs King
Brewtonic will also be on hand to expertly pair the crisps with some of their beers, because is there any better pairing?
What a buzz!
2. Taste Of Dublin
Get ready for an entire weekend of incredible food, cooking masterclasses and the most creative dishes you’ll find.
Taste of Dublin is back and this year’s theme is ‘Food Lover’s Playground’, so there will be lots of fun and flavoursome dishes to try.
A first this year at Taste of Dublin is its biggest ever demo stage: the ‘The Neff Taste Kitchen’ where attendees will have the opportunity to watch their favourite culinary idols cook their best recipes.
The Iveagh Gardens is a foodie paradise this weekend and we are obsessed.

A festival that celebrates theatre, poetry, culture, music and much more.
Blooomsday Festival will be running all weekend and there’s plenty of talks, exhibitions, shows and activities to check out.
