This Dublin Restaurant Opens Friday And It Might Just Have The Best View You’ve Ever Seen – Win Dinner For 2

I had a little tour around a restaurant today that is going to bring something very special to the Dublin restaurant scene. If the view and the preparations that are happening right now are anything to go by this could very quickly turn into the place to be seen having food in town.

It is perched up at the very top of one of the best known streets in the capital and the only place I can think of with a remotely similar view would be the Guinness Store house. Did I mention that the view is absolutely fucking incredible yet? I’m told the food is going to be focused on modern New York style Italian and that there will be a big focus on weekend brunch. They open their doors this Friday for the first time.

I’ll leave it for a while to review until they find their feet but I could tell from looking around the room and the location that this is going to be the must visit place in town for all the pretty young things, hip lads and socialites around town. Last time I did this I was too generous with the clues so I’ll leave it a little harder to guess and tell you the name and location tomorrow along with winner of the first ever competition for a meal there…
