What better way to get a headstart on the New Year than by lashing into a delicious superfood salad this lunchtime?
We've picked out eight of the best superfood salads that are jam-packed with nutrients, insanely tasty, and guaranteed to put a pep in your step before your New Year's resolutions.
This spot in Ranelagh does all sort of great lunches, and even better treats but their superfood salad of greens, beans, nuts and seeds is always a winner with us.
Dylan McGrath doesn't do things by halves, this superfood salad is so filling and feels really decadent despite actually being good for you.
It has got smoked haddock poached in soya milk with rocket, shaved fennel, watercress, wild leaves, broccoli, avocado, quinoa, cucumber, and peas in it.
Yes you may be surrounded by dough balls, pizza and pasta but their Leggera Superfood salad is amazing if you can resist the carb temptation.
It consists of baby spinach and seasonal mixed leaves, broccoli, beetroot, light mozzarella, avocado, pine kernels, cucumber, lentils and fresh basil and is absolutely humongous.
We absolutely love their superfood salad of asparagus spears, sprouting broccoli, quinoa, mung bean, lentil shoots, flax seeds, alfalfa, blueberries, feta cheese with a sesame and poppy seed dressing.
Their crunchy kale and seasonal green salad with tamarind dressing (pictured below) is also top notch.
Hard to come here without sneaking upstairs for one of their delicious pizzas, but their garden salad with hummus, cherry tomato, red onion, semi sun-dried tomato, cucumber, broccoli, mixed peppers, mixed baby leaves is a pretty frickin' awesome substitute.
Nothing at Staple Foods feels unhealthy, so you're pretty much safe no matter what you order.
Their vegan, raw, superfood salad of spinach, kale, red quinoa, cashew nuts, sunflower, pumpkin and pomegranate seeds topped with avocado and a fresh lemon & raspberry dressing is the stuff dreams of.
