We've got some great news for our Lovin Dublin readers: Balfes are giving you the chance to vote on your favourite summer salad, which they're then they're going to name after Lovin Dublin.

So how does this work?

Have a read through the three salad descriptions below, along with some photos of each one – then see below for details on how to enter.

Every person who votes for their favourite salad will automatically be entered into a competition to win a night’s stay in The Westbury Hotel and dinner for two in Balfes.

Salad Number One: Super Food Salad

This tasty number is full of crunchy kale, red cabbage, broccoli, pumpkin seeds, quinoa and is beautifully coated in a orange and carrot dressing.

Salad Number Two: Rocket and Mozzarella salad

This light and delightful salad has Macroom buffalo mozzerella, grilled apricots, almonds and rocket all tossed together.

Salad Number Three: Goats Cheese and Beetroot Salad

Well this is a fancy little number has Fivemile town goats cheese salad with pickled beetroot, candied walnut and is completed with a delightful Cabernet Sauvignon dressing.
