The health food phenomenon that is Freshii has just opened its first Irish store at the CHQ Building in Dublin Docklands.
With locations in over 60 cities and 12 countries worldwide, Freshii is a restaurant chain with a difference: they aim to eliminate your excuse for not eating well.
The founder of the franchise, Matthew Corrin, loved the many fresh food ‘mom and pop’ delis of New York City and was determined to successfully brand one.
Then 23-year-old Corrin wanted to make healthy food affordable and convenient with Freshii, with its tagline simply being, "Eat. Energise."

The aim is to provide fresh and nutritious meal choices that energise people on the go. Emphasizing the foods you should eat more of and less on those you should avoid, Freshii provides meals and snacks that help you live your best life. Think: fiber-rich, slow-burning carbs, essential fats and lean proteins. The menu includes custom-made green wraps, salads, quinoa bowls, and fresh pressed juices.

Freshii aims to be green in every sense, with no excess packaging, heavy energy consumption, and greasy processed meals. They also only use eco-friendly cleaning products and they are committed to paperless marketing.
The menu at the Dublin branch includes rice bowls, burritos, wraps, salads, soup, frozen yogurt, organic oatmeal, muesli, parfaits, breakfast wraps, organic Fair-Trade coffee, organic tea, and salads (obviously).
