PICS: Sophie’s At The Dean Has A New Sister Restaurant – And We Took A Look Inside

If you regularly walk down the canal, you may have spotted a pretty cosy-looking spot across the water just to the east of the Baggot Street bridge, next door to Milano’s.

Well that place is called Angelina’s, it’s a sister restaurant of Sophie’s at The Dean – and we went down to check it out tonight, and have a bite to eat from the new menu.

With cracking views out on the canal, and a terrace area that’s yet to be completed, it’s going to be a pretty slick people-watching spot come next summer. Though in the meantime, the chance to stare out at commuters battling their way against the driving wind and rain on their way home is a pretty decent alternative…

Well, we’re not going to review the place fully before they have a chance to find their feet – but here’s a quick glimpse of the sort of thing that’s on offer. Pretty impressive pizza selection, in fairness.
