The barge restaurant's menus are well thought out and reasonably priced, with a focus on using as many local products and ingredients as possible. La Peniche also boasts an acclaimed wine list, a selection of bottle beer, creamy pints of Guinness, and a full bar.
It's a great spot to try on Good Friday too, as it's one of the few places in town where you'll be able to buy alcohol on the holy day.
Also available for exclusive day hires, accommodating 47 guests for a sit down meal and buffet or 60 for a canapé reception, the floating restaurant is perfect for hen nights, private parties, birthdays, corporate events, product and book launches, staff events and weddings.
