We've been dying to tell ye about this.
'Taste of Beer' is next week and we've got the suss on the food, the drink and all the happenings.
Ever since The Open Gate Brewery opened to the public in December we've been fascinated by the place, and all the secrets running through their brewing pipes.
And thanks to our pals in Guinness, we managed to get some exclusive deets on next Wednesday's event.
Inspired by beer. Is this too good to be true?
The chefs at 'Taste of Beer' are using the experimental Guinness brews as a catalyst for their menus and the Asian Supermarket is creating a number of delicious hot and spicy dishes, which will go perfectly with a number of The Open Gate Brewery brews. Talk about ticking all the boxes.
From Ireland's finest bakers and cheesemongers, such as The Natural Bakery and The Little Milk Co. to name a few, who worked closely with beer experts to create some serious munch for this special evening.
You'd recognise these guys from their stall outside Pyg on Coppinger Row. They're relocating to The Open Gate Brewery for the night and will be offering some experimental, small batch beers inspired goodies.
Cupcakes and beer? Ooh, heaven is a place on earth.
Being drank by beer enthusiasts and amateurs alike. Rookies.
Our editor Aidan had a sneak preview taste of the Strawberry Porter a few weeks back, and it's a MUST-try on the night, along with the Vanilla and Chocolate Stout and Tropical IPA. Revolutionary stuff all together.
I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream. Cúlcow ice cream to be exact.
Especially when the ice-cream flavours incorporate and are paired with the new experimental beers.
Cúla búla.
The atmosphere in the Brewery is always absolutely buzzing.
Getting to sit and drink in an actual, functioning brewery with all that authentic factory aesthetic is a pretty cool experience. Seeing all the pipes and vats and knowing that there's beer flowing through them is super cool.
And the tunes do be deadly...

Beer goes well with pretty much everything, but with oysters you've got a famously perfect combo that goes all the way back to 1837.
Oyster in one hand, West Indies Porter in the other. Feel cool? You should.
There's plenty to look forward to alright, and we're pretty damn excited to see what else is in store.
