Up To 1,000 New Houses Are Being Built In This Dublin Area

An absolutely massive housing project has been put in place for the South Dublin area of Clondalkin, Dublin 22. 

The project is set to deliver up to 1,000 houses in an 87.37 acre site at The Grange/Kilcarbery, with at at least 892 houses being built, as part of a joint venture with a private investor.

According to Dublin Live, the proposal will be built on a phased basis over five years, with construction expected to start in 2018.

As well as this, reports have stated that an agreement for a public-private partnership housing project, seeing 108 social housing units built, was approved by South Dublin County Councillors earlier this month.
