Paddy’s day is a heavy day in terms of crowds, culture and drinking – so the best thing to do to ease into the day is to get yourself stuck into a tasty brunch, to line your stomach and prepare your mind for the chaos the day is about to ensue.
However, Dublin’s population doubles in size (or at least, seems like it does) over Paddy’s weekend – so make sure to book everything well in advance – as these places will be booked out sooner than you can say ‘Lá Fhéile Pádraig‘.
You’ve been warned.
