A male teenager was hospitalised after being struck by a car on Memorial Road near Custom House Quay yesterday afternoon.
Emergency services rushed to the scene just before 1pm.
The teenager, believed to be a cyclist, was transported to the Mater and then moved to Beaumont Hospital where he’s said to be in serious condition.
The driver involved in the collision was treated for minor injuries in the Mater.
