To balance things out though we thought we'd share some of the best places to live in Dublin and get us all dreaming of what it would be like to win the Lotto. 1.Plush St Stephen's Green City Living
Not only are you going to be living in one of the slickest pads in town but you'll also be right in the heart of the city with this St Stephen's Green pad. You might need to ditch the car and save on commuting costs because it is going to set you back a cool €4,800 per month and that is only for two bedrooms but you do have plenty of living space.
2.Four Seasons Luxury But Your Own Pad
This slick pad is at the top of the Four Seasons hotel and will set you back a cool €5,250 per month. As a new resident you will have access to all of the amenities that one would be expect at a 5 Star Four Seasons Resort to include gym membership, room service, full concierge service and private secure underground parking. Bit of a party pad if you ask us!
3.The Arty D4 Penthouse
Not sure that the decorations in this penthouse in the heart of D4 are going to appeal to all tastes but the space, views and sheer size of the place will make up for that. You also have your own private bar and 3 bathrooms which is what you'd expect for a cool €5,000 per month.
4.Sophisticated Top Notch Design
You don't seem to get anything around this area for less than the €5,000 per month you'll pay for this slick airy apartment. You'd have to say this is the newest, best designed of the lot and the kitchen looks like a dream to cook in. With private parking including a guard and 24 Hour Concierge Service you could live here and feel very much the contented millionaire.
5.Bargain High End Living
If you are struggling to get up to the 5k per month mark we've found something a little more modest for you with this €3,800 per month pad in Dartry D6. Comes as part of a bigger house that is broken into smaller apartments and as a duplex has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Seriously high end finish as well and made for entertaining your high end guests at dinner parties.
6.IFSC Penthouse With Heated Swimming Pool
You've probably walked through the IFSC a million times without realizing that somebody was up on the roof relaxing in their pad that includes a swimming pool, 2 levels and their own private bar along with some of the best views in Dublin. Not bad value for €4,000 a month.
7.Waterfront Living
You might work down in one of the tech companies down in the docks and with a whopper salary you'll need somewhere slick like this to live. Overlooking the water and a steal at €4,500 per month and with the floor to ceiling glass windows you'll have plenty of space to admire the view.
