Lusting over gorgeous houses you’ll probably never be able to afford could be perceived as a soul-destroying activity. However, it’s also pretty fun because us Irish love being nosy.
This little beauty is a four bedroom house on Fitzwilliam Square with four bathrooms, a study, dining room with carved doors, a day room, a butler’s pantry with access to the rear garden, plant room and wine cellar with underfloor heathing.
We don’t even know what a day room is but it sounds fancy!
If your bank account deems you eligible to rent this beaut, you’d be looking at the guts of €9,000 per month. But it’s grand cos it’s got two car parking spaces and it’s in town so you’d be practically saving money on your commute!
Hmmm, I wonder how much the Euromillions is at this week?
