If you're a regular Lotto player, chances are you probably have loads of old tickets knocking around your purse, your house or your car.

And that appears to have been the case for an Irish woman who was cleaning out her car when she found a Lotto Quick Pick ticket and put it aside to check later.

It turns out that the ticket, which she bought at the White House Shop in Baldoyle in Dublin, was worth a whopping €117,023.

Speaking to the Irish Independent she said:

“I was clearing some rubbish out my car on Sunday, including some old lottery tickets. This one ticket was just glaring at me in between my two front seats so I put it aside to check later.

When I went into the shop to scan my ticket, the shop keeper and I were absolutely dumbstruck, I don’t know which of us got the biggest shock."

We're not jealous, not even one tiny bit...

If there's one lesson we should take from this, it's to always keep our cars clean.
