If there’s one food we lean on in times of need – it’s dumplings.
Or, parcels of heaven, as we call them.
Warm, juicy and bursting with flavour – they’ve gotten us through some tougher times.
The only problem with dumplings is that we don’t know how to actually make them ourselves.
So when we’re hankering for some we’ve to trek to our nearest purveyor for a fix.
They seem so complex – from the pastry and the filling to the perfect flavouring and steaming/frying/grilling – we honestly haven’t a clue.
Thankfully for us, a dumpling masterclass is taking place in Dublin this Sunday, so we’ll soon be able to whip up some of our very own.

How much? Only €25 for the masterclass and meal (dumplings AND sides) – now that’s a good deal
Lucky Tortoise will provide the fillings, flavours, seasonings, wrappers and all – all you gotta do is make them into dumplings and they’ll finish them off in the kitchen for you!
