At €12 Million This Is Dublin’s Most Expensive House But In Fairness It Is Absolutely Stunning

We like featuring everything from the ridiculous 800 Euro "bedsit" through to slick Love Hate style penthouses here on Lovin Dublin and today we have another extreme for you. At a cool €12 million it is the most expensive house in Dublin at the moment. Out of the range for us all and not shifting despite the slight uptick in the economy as this beauty has been on the market for a year now. Older readers might remember it as the house that kicked off the boom going for €7.5 million way back in 1998. It was then upgraded at a cost of around €10 million but despite trying to flog it for €30 million during the height of the boom nobody ever coughed up!
