If you’re planning on using the DART to get around this weekend you best read on.
Due to what are described as ‘major line improvement works’, there will be no DART services from Dublin Connolly to Malahide or Howth on Saturday May 5 or Sunday May 6. In other words, services will only operate between Connolly and Bray/Greystones. Dublin Bus will be taking valid rail tickets for the affected areas.
DART users aren’t the only ones who should take note. The Northern Commuter line will also be affected on the same days with a Dublin Bus transfer taking passengers from Connolly to Malahide. Train services will then resume from Malahide to all station to Dundalk. The buses will depart from the Connolly Station car park located off platform 2.
Remember: check times on all routes before travel over May Bank Holiday weekend, including major works affecting northside DART, northern Commuter and Belfast Enterprise on Sat 5th & Sun 6th May https://t.co/pv5FgawYV6 pic.twitter.com/PJL5mKtyvY
