You may have passed this spot while hopping off at the Balally Luas stop en route to Dundrum Shopping Centre.
But have you ever ventured inside?
It’s cool, modern, trendy, slick and just that lil bit alt. Perhaps something that that side of Dundrum was lacking in. Away from the hustle and bustle of the centre, but still totally accessible.
Brickyard describe itself as a Gastropub, which generally means it’s a bar with seriously high quality food – not just your usual pub grub – and we can certainly see why.
Grindstone Coffee is just beside it too, a double whammy.
Brickyard serve lunch, brunch and dinner. And have one of the most extensive drinks menus we’ve seen in Dublin.

The Taco Bowl
For €11 you get spiced minced pork, beans, pico de gallo, guac, sour cream and poached eggs <3
Steak and eggs
€22 for the 8oz rump or €25 for the 9oz – with that you get beef chips, onion rings, eggs and beef jus. Drooling.
And sure it wouldn’t be brunch without avo on toast with poachies
€10 for a MASSIVE portion.
Oh, and did we mention there’s wings?

And this masterpiece? Holy sh*t, how have we never thought to do this before?
Genius.
They also do freakin’ mac n cheese bites – a dream come true.
And brews for daysssss.

They even have wine on tap. So now we’re really sold.
How to find Brickyard?
When you get off the Luas at the Balally stop head up the stairs as though you were heading to Dundrum Town Centre but instead of turning left, turn right and you’ll see it just past Grindstone.
It’s official address is North Block, Rockfield Central, Dundrum, Dublin 16 for those who are driving.
