We all know the Dublin rental property market is a little crazy at the moment but every week we like to highlight one ‘special’ property. This week we have a delightful little bedsit up on Leeson Street which is described by the landlord as… “superbly refurbished, the very small studio apartment suits a single person”. No shit, Sherlock! Lets just hope whoever does cough up the 800 yoyos a month doesn’t plan on inviting anybody over for the ride. Only thing we will say is hats off to the owner for managing to take 17 photos of the place, we’d love to have been there as they contorted themselves into those positions behind the camera. Bonkers.
